Message As many of you have already seen, I have produced an intake system design which I am fondly calling the "DOOLZ". Twin filter, twin MAS - evenly split airflow which eliminates the need for monitoring of the second MAS or using expensive electronic adder/dividers such as an AFC. Only one MAS is monitored - only one needs to be monitored with this design. The second MAS is simply a "dummy" unit to equalize the resistance on both sides as this is important to maintain equality between both sides.

It is also not necessary to install the cumbersome 'drivability kit' that is associated with other dual setups. That is unfortuantely a band-aid 1/2 fix to the real problem with that design.

Here are pictures on how it all fits in:

I will be offering this design as a group buy very soon.
It will come complete but with a few variations as some of you already have the K&N filters/velocity stacks. The kit will be complete with everything you need such as the couplers, reducers, clamps, dummy MAS, and of course - the ECU program to go with it.

This week I have dyno time allotted to test this design. A very thorough test will be performed to demonstrate that the design does equally split the airflow, add more power, AND raise the maximum HP capacity of the stock MAS unit. Fuel maps and dyno results of both the JWT dual setup and the DOOLZ setup will be displayed to demonstrate the deficiencies in the totally-split intake setup that has been available. The cross-comparison is simply for your benefit as well as the dyno results of before/after. You can make your own minds up on it with the data displayed. With the testing I have already performed I already am 100% convinced it will perform as expected, but again - and for the skeptics, the proof is in the pudding.

I haven't totally decided on the cost of this setup yet but I assure you it will come at a price never before seen in any of its obsolete predecessors. More info to come on this thursday after the dyno session.
